Overview

The Bipper Tepee is the latest vehicle that Peugeot has added to its growing family of multi-space cars. It has a dynamic style that will appeal to young families and is easy to drive, economical and extremely practical.

It has five seats and a generous load capacity of 884 litres (with the 60/40 seats folded) and with its compact dimensions, it will be ideal for busy urban areas.

Large electric door mirrors ensure that all visibility is good for those tight parking areas as well.

Power and performance -1.4-litre petrol or 1.4-litre HDi 70 diesel.

The Bipper Tepee is available in two engine options – the 1.4-litre petrol and a 1.4-litre HDI 70 diesel version. Both engine options ensure you have the right performance levels while also reducing fuel consumption. The petrol engines travels from 0-62mph in 16.6 seconds with the manual HDi 70 taking longer at 18.7 seconds. The 2-Tronic diesel version takes 18.4 seconds. Top speed is 86mph for the petrol and 84mph for the two diesel versions.

Transmission

The petrol version comes with a 5-speed standard manual version. The diesel however is available in either a standard manual package or an electronically controlled 5-speed manual gearbox. The latter version (2-Tronic) allows manual changes or you can opt for full automatic mode, where no gear changes are carried out by the driver.

Models available

The new Bipper Tepee is available in two trim choices namely S or Outdoor. Manual air conditioning is standard on the Outdoor but is a cost option on the S version at £500.

The vehicle comes in eight body colour choices and two standard interior trims – Maris Bursa cloth (S model) and Trip cloth (Outdoor).

Standard options on both include Radio/CD player with MP3 compatibility, 15-inch steel wheels, driver, passenger and side airbags, ABS, one touch electric windows, electric heated door mirrors, remote central locking , power steering, twin glazed sliding side doors,60/40 folding rear seat (removable) and rear head restraints.
