BMW wins Industry Supplier award from Energy Savings Trust
BMW has been awarded the title of Industry Supplier by the Energy Savings Trust, the UK’s leading organisation to set up to try and prevent climate change by helping everybody cut carbon dioxide emissions.
This is the second year running BMW has won the award in recognition of how it has helped businesses make their fleets more efficient, sustainable and reduce carbon emissions. The BMW 320d EfficientDynamics model which was recently launched emits only 109g/km CO2 which for a car of this size is pretty impressive.
BMW models sold in 2008 with EfficientDynamics technologies fitted have also been responsible for an approximate 54,000 tonne reduction in CO2 emissions compared to pre-EfficientDynamics cars.
