Citroen DS3 Racing

Citroen has announced full details about the eagerly anticipated DS3 Racing, with customer orders being taken from the 1st September 2010. The DS3 Racing has an impeccable sporting pedigree having been developed by Citroen Racing, the winning team behind five WRC Manufacturer’s titles.

Powered by a specially tuned 1.6-litre THP engine, it produces 207hp, has a top speed of 146mph, a 0-62mph of just 6.5 seconds and takes 26.5 seconds to the 1,000 metre mark, from a standing start. Standard equipment includes automatic digital air conditioning, Bluetooth with USB connectivity and an eight-speaker hi-fi system. Citroen has also added some new features to the DS3 Racing like S.ESP (Switchable Electronic Stability Programme) and Citroen eTouch Assistance System.

There are two colour options available namely Obsidian Black pearlescent body (and Sport Orange roof) or Polar White body with a Carbon Grey roof which can all be matched to the alloy wheels, door mirrors, chevrons, grille surround, tailgate spoiler and dashboard fascia.
