SEAT rolls out new “E” badging for their Ecomotive range of cars
Sunday, October 17th, 2010The new SEAT seven-seat Alhambra MPV is about to be launched in the UK with a “green version” available and to coincide with this, SEAT has just launched a new badging to further recognise their Ecomotive range of cars. The Ecomotive range offers very low CO2 emissions and superb combined mpg, with the new Ibiza Ecomotive emitting just 92g/km of CO2 for example.
The new badging includes the letter “E” in addition to existing name, which appears in green just above the boot-lid. SEAT’s range of cars including the Ibiza SC, Ibiza 5dr, Ibiza ST, Leon, Altea, Altea XL and the new Alhambra, all offer an Ecomotive version.
Andy Medcraft, SEAT UK Product Marketing Manager, said,”The growing number of Ecomotives on our roads clearly shows how popular these frugal yet sporty cars are becoming. I think the arrival of this new badging structure will only serve to underline our cars’ emergence as a leader in the field of environmentally responsible motoring”. The full range of SEAT cars including all Ecomotive models is available now on SEAT business car leasing.
