New Audi A1 1.4 TFSI 185PS

Audi has added a dual-charged Audi A1 1.4 TFSI 185PS direct-injection petrol engine to their A1 range, combining a supercharger that is active from 1,500rpm, with a turbocharger that comes into play at around 3,500 rpm. This powerful combination offers a 0-62mph time of only 6.9 seconds and a top speed of 141mph (where permitted). Audi RS 3 Sportback

Audi’s iconic four-wheel quattro drive system has helped over 235,000 UK motorists cope with the recent ice and snowy conditions. New Hyundai i40

Hyundai has announced that their new flagship D-segment car is going to called the i40 and will be launched initially in estate form, with a saloon version following later in 2011. The new i40 looks set to be Hyundai’s most innovative model on sale in Europe using the company’s Blue Drive eco-program and a powertrain line-up which boast “best-in-class” performance, fuel economy and very low CO2 emissions.

The new i40 has been designed at Hyundai’s R&D centre at Russelsheim in Germany and is the company’s first D-segment car to be developed entirely for Europe.
