Citroen Berlingo vans now offer improved fuel economy and lower emissions
Tuesday, September 28th, 2010Citroen has confirmed that from October, all Citroen Berlingo panel van production van models, powered by Euro 1 1.6 HDi 75hp and 90hp diesel engines, will benefit from better fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions. Berlingo vans produced from October 2010 with the 1.6HDi 75hp engine will see CO2 emissions reduce to 147g/km from 153g/km. The 1.6HDi 90hp engine’s CO2 emissions will fall from 153g/km to 149g/km. Combined fuel economy also improves to 49.6mpg on the 1.6HDi 75hp and 50.4 on the 90hp unit.

These latest changes, which are being introduced without any cost penalty, will ensure that the Berlingo maintains its position as one of the UK’s best-selling small vans”.
