Lexus CT 200h F-SPORT compact luxury hybrid is launched
Friday, October 21st, 2011Lexus has announced details of an F-SPORT grade for their CT 200h full hybrid luxury compact car. The sports theme is reflected in new body styling elements that include a larger rear spoiler, flared side skirts, mesh grille and revised aero bumpers.
Outside the car also gets dark-finish 17-inch alloy wheels and electrically retractable electrochromatic door mirrors plus the suspension has been tuned for a more engaging drive, with the standard shock absorbers replaced with Kayaba dampers. Inside the cabin you get an F-Sport steering wheel with a flat bottom section and aluminium pedals and scuff plates.
The standard specification list builds upon the SE-L grade and in addition you get F-Sport black leather upholstery, heated front seats, electric driver’s seat adjustment and a rear-parking camera. As a full hybrid the C200h F-SPORT emits only 94g/km of CO2, returns 68.9 combined mpg fuel consumption plus it can also run for up to a mile in slow moving traffic on its electric power alone, with zero emissions.
