From Bethlehem to Beaulieu with Top Gear’s Three Wise Men
Tuesday, December 28th, 2010The 2010 Top Gear Christmas Special showed the dynamic trio of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May driving three new cars following the same path as the Three Wise Men. The trip started in the Middle East from Iraq and ended some 1,200 miles later in Bethlehem.
Jeremy Clarkson chose a Mazda MX5 with a unique “car of many colours paint job”, Richard Hammond was in a Fiat Barchetta and James May drove a BMW Z3 with a cunning camouflage paint job.
If you want to see the three cars they can be found at the World of Top Gear exibition at Beaulieu which you can view as part of a visit to the whole Beaulieu attraction including the national Motor Museum with its collection of over 250 vehicles, Palace House, home of the Montagu family since 1538 and the 13th century Beaulieu Abbey, plus rides for all the family.
