Citroen DS4 5-door coupes

Clear Channel UK has just taken delivery of its first Citroen DS4s as part of a single badge agreement with Citroen, for the supply of its fleet cars. They are one of the UK’s market leaders in outdoor advertising and chose Citroen as part of their commitment to reduce CO2 emissions.

Their vehicle order included new DS4s, new C4, C4 Picasso, C5 Saloon and C5 Tourer, with a combination of HDi diesel engines or the ultra-efficient e-HDi micro-hybrid powertrains with Stop & Start. The DS4 e-HDi models have Citroen’s six-speed EGS automated manual transmission as standard and return 64.2 combined mpg and emit 114g/km of CO2. Citroen C3 Picasso Code Special Edition

Citroen has just added a new, stylish model to their popular C3 Picasso range with the C3 Picasso Code Special Edition. This new Citroen model replaces the Blackcherry special edition and is based on the HDi 90 manual VTR+ version, plus some extra kit as well.

The C3 Picasso Code comes with air conditioning, curtain airbags, cruise control with speed limiter, Bluetooth system with USB socket plus a “Look Pack” that also features the following features;

• “Clover” alloy wheels in Polar White or Cherry Red depending on your body colour choice.
• Chrome lower bumper inserts.
• Shiny black painted door handles and front rear bumpers.
• Obsidian Black painted front and rear bumpers, door mirrors with shiny black surround and base plate.
• Roof bars and carpet mats.

You have four colours to choose from namely Polar White, Cherry Red, Belle Ile Blue and Thorium Grey. This question is often asked and is quite easy to explain if you know how a contract hire rental is made up. There are many factors that our leasing company partners consider when setting their contract hire rentals.

The number one factor is the residual value (re-sale value) they set for each vehicle. After that the other items considered is the amount they buy the car for, including volume bonuses (and this will vary), their monthly overhead in the rental, profit and interest, vehicle recovery (RAC cover) and maintenance cover, if you opt for full maintenance contract hire.

So don’t always assume that if a car costs more to buy that it may cost more to contract hire.

Citroen C3 Picasso

The award winning Citroen C3 Picasso has been updated to become even more economical with an engine upgrade that sees this MPV deliver sub-120g/km Co2 emissions.

The 1.6HDi 16V 90hp diesel engine has been re-homologated and in VTR+ and Exclusive trim now emits only 119g/km and offers 62.8 on the combined mpg fuel cycle.
