Fiat eco:Drive Fleet
The highly successful Fiat eco:Drive system has now been launched to the fleet market after more than 34,000 private motorists have enjoyed the benefits, with over 4 million journeys now being logged and analysed on the dedicated website.
The Fiat eco:Drive Fleet system analyses mileage and fuel consumption from your company car driver journeys and then provides suggestions on how to improve efficiencies in the future. The data can be sorted in various ways i.e. by individual driver or batches of drivers.
eco:Drive Fleet is free to download from www.fiat.com/ecodrive and is available on all fleet models including 500, 500C, Punto Evo, Bravo, Qubo and new Doblo. The application can also be used on Fiat Professional commercial vehicles (equipped with Blue&Me) such as Grande Punto Van, Fiorino and Doblo Cargo.

Fiat London

Tony Dittli, Managing Director of Fiat Marlebone commented “I am delighted that once again Fiat Marylebone was asked to host an art exhibition. It lends itself perfectly to these occasions and was ideal to showcase Franco Brescianini’s fine work”. The display, called Profili Femminili, was laid out across the flagship’s lower floor where normally Fiat’s range of cars (Punto, Panda, 500, Qubo, Bravo etc) are displayed.

Qubo Trekking
Fiat has added a rugged new version to their practical and versatile Qubo which will be available later this month.
The Qubo Trekking “looks tougher” (standing 20mm higher than the regular Qubo) and is tougher too, with a Traction+ system which improves handling and control in the mud, snow and other low-grip conditions.
What is also appealing is that unlike most four-wheel drive systems, Traction+ does not impact on fuel economy or maintenance costs and will be appealing to any motorist looking for an affordable off-road vehicle.
The Traction+ system works by braking the driven wheel with the lowest grip and transferring more torque to the other wheel, providing extra traction on the road. The new Qubo Trekking also comes with Fiat’s Blue&Me entertainment and communications systems and at a CO2 figure of 115g/km is also appealing to any company car driver.

Fiat 500 C offers low emssions in diesel model
Fiat has recommend that company car drivers choosing their next car should consider a Fiat product following the recent Budget. The new Vehicle Excise Duty reforms means that cars emitting between 101g/km and 140g/km CO2 ( in Bands B-E) will see a reduction in road tax next year. This will mean a lower contract hire rental as this will be reflected in the Fiat car leasing price (Vehicle Excise Duty is included within the rental ).
Seven of the Fiat‘s nine-strong model range has variants that are going to easily satisfy the new requirements – including the 500C convertible in 1.3 MultiJet diesel guise plus the Panda, 500, Grande Punto, Qubo, Bravo and Doblo.
James McMenamin, National Sales Manager for Fiat Group Corporate Sales said ” We have a total of 38 sub-140g/km CO2 models that will benefit from the introduction of these new VED rates next year. This combined with impressive fuel economy from our cutting edge engine technology and our innovative eco:Drive system, makes a compelling case for drivers and fleet managers alike to choose our vehicles”.
