Devon has a great history and culture and offers numerous historical towns, natural beauty features and dramatic coastlines. There are numerous prehistoric sites on the Jurassic Coast, or traces of ancient huts on Dartmoor, or perhaps the Geopark on the English Riviera.

It's cultural heritage offers you festivals, open-air opera and goose fairs, food celebrations and regattas, or even modern, classic, rock or folk music as well. There are many towns to visit, including Tiverton, Crediton, Honiton or Sidmouth, a regency town with formal gardens, or you can try Exmouth (great for the beaches), Torquay, Paignton and Brixham with their chic fish restaurants.
