Sub 100g/km Vehicles
Previously certain other fuelled cars were exempt however their CO2 emissions may have been higher than 100g/km of Co2. With the new changes many hybrid cars will no longer be exempt from the congestion charge.
However trying to find out which hatchback, saloon car, estate, MPV or whatever vehicle has a sub 100g/km Co2 rating is really difficult. There may be certain manufacturers and models you would never consider because you did not know about them.
